Place a soft tape measure around your pet's neck in the area where their collar naturally sits. Make sure two fingers fit comfortably between the tape and your pet's neck. If you do not have a soft tape measure, measure your dog's current collar with a ruler. Only include one side of the buckle in your measurement.

Spot cleaning and hand washing is recommended for best long-term quality of your purchases. If you choose to wash and tumble dry, please know that it may affect the quality of the product. FOR WARMTH: Place your pack in the microwave and heat for 2 minutes or less. For first use, consider heating for 30 seconds to 1 minute, and then in 15-second increments until you've reached desired warmth (to avoid over-heating!) Commonly used for: - Thawing out frozen hands or feet after shoveling - Heating up your car seat or your bed on a chilly day - Relief from period cramps or bloating - Soothing muscle aches and pains FOR CHILL: Place your pack in the freezer, ideally for a few at least a few hours. Use as needed!
